豆太のおから
豆太のおからを買ってきましたー。
ココ、お豆腐が美味しいんで当然のこと、おからだって美味しいんです！
北海道産の大豆を使用して丁寧に作られているので、やわらかい甘みとコクが口の中に広がってもうそりゃぁ絶品！
幸いにして、うちはご近所で売っているので頻繁に食べることができるんですが、通販でお取り寄せすることも可能だそうです。

そこで、今夜は豆太のおからで卯の花を作りましたよー。
写真ではあまり美味しそうに見えないんですが、今回はすごくいい味付けで自画自賛なのでございます。
あ、ちなみにオンラインではおから売ってないっすね・・・。
